All-natural products are used for a majority of our services. Our customers know that, with each visit, their experience will be personalized to their specific needs and that they will be educated on how to better care for themselves. Our professional technicians are licensed in their respective fields, respectful, and always attentive to your needs as a client. New Day Spa offers services for men, women and children of any age. Make today a new day!Spa EtiquetteMultiple Services When booking multiple services for a particular day, we will need to take a credit card number. If you should cancel without giving a 24-hour notice or do not come for your scheduled appointments, we will charge your card 50% of the total of the services you were scheduled. Late Arrival Policy Clients arriving 10 minutes after appointment time will receive a shortened service and the charge will remain the same. Clients arriving 15 minutes after a scheduled appointment need to reschedule. Cancellations If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give 24-hour notice. Appointments neglected or not rescheduled may result in a 50% charge of the service scheduled. Tips Gratuity is not included in the price of our services, but is always appreciated.
